Mastering the Art of Intuition+Integration

Over the years, I’ve explored countless tools, practices, and approaches in my journey to reconnect with my true essence. Through trial and error—and some serious experimentation—I’ve discovered what truly works for me. The work of remembering your gifts, your power, and your true self is deeply personal, and what has worked for me is focusing on the art of intuition and integration.

What I help my clients tap into is the ability to first learn to hear their intuition, to turn up the volume on that inner voice, and most importantly, to trust it. How do you trust it? By taking the aligned actions that your intuition invites you to take—this is the integration. Without action, those intuitive whispers remain just that—lost opportunities, lost moments, and a string of 'somedays' and 'one days.' And while your intuition doesn’t disappear, it may start showing up in louder, more disruptive ways until you finally listen.

I’ve learned that making the shifts when you hear those whispers is gentler, more graceful. The shifts themselves may not always be easy, but ignoring them gets harder. Many clients, and people I’ve encountered, get caught in what I call the "idea factory"—a place where it feels safer to stay in the idea stage rather than moving into implementation. They get stuck on the "how" because the intuitive idea feels too big, too overwhelming.

What I’ve found is that when you get quiet enough, when you create space in your heart to truly listen, the "how" becomes much clearer. For example, if my intuition whispers that it’s time for a major life change, like moving to a new city or starting a new career, my mind might immediately flood with questions—how? when? why? But instead of getting lost in those questions, I’ve learned to focus on the next best step. I don’t need all the answers right away. I just need to keep asking, "What’s the next best step?" and listen—not with my mind, but with my heart.

I can’t tell you how many times this process has led me to places and experiences that were far beyond what my mind could have ever conceived. It’s led me to deeper healing, exciting and aligned projects, my life partner and meaningful relationships, new opportunities, and so much more. By continually practicing this art of listening to my intuition and taking aligned action (integration), I’ve been able to create a life that feels truly authentic and fulfilling.

One tool that has been instrumental in helping me—and my clients—tune into intuition and make those necessary shifts is my daily card deck, Simple Shifts Rituals For Change. This deck is designed to help you connect with your inner voice and take the invitation your intuition calls for. It’s a practical way to keep you grounded in the practice of listening and integrating, ensuring that those whispers don’t go unheard.

In my experience, there is a deep art in not only listening to your intuition but also in taking the aligned actions that integrate it into your life. By consistently practicing this process, you can begin to shape your life from the inside out. If you feel inspired to explore this journey further, there are many ways we can work together to support your path toward living your intuition more fully.

In the meantime, hear it, feel it, follow it—your intuition knows the way.
