The Power of Unfolding in 2025: Allowing Your True Self to Shine
As we move into 2025, the energy I feel most deeply is the magic of unfolding. This year, let’s lean into an unapologetic embrace of our essence—imperfections and all—by shifting away from constant effort and into the energy of allowing.
When we allow ourselves to unfold as we are, without forcing or over-planning, we create space for our creativity, our unique magic, and our whole being to emerge naturally. This is the year to say, "This is me," without hesitation or fear.
Watching my young toddler has given me a front-row seat to the raw beauty of this unfolding that can happen naturally when given a healthy environment to do so. Her untouched, uninhibited self-expression is a reminder that this same magic exists within each of us. My hope for 2025 is that we can all give this gift to ourselves: to hold intentions, commit to practices that nurture them, and release the need to control every step, trusting that everything will unfold in perfect time.
The Magic of Co-Creation: Intentions, Intuition, and Aligned Action
The more I let go, allow, and release, the more I realize the power of co-creation with life. I don’t need to do it all, but I do need to stay aligned with my vision and take intentional steps forward.

Turn Up: Create clear intentions based on this feeling.
Trust: Listen to your intuition when it speaks.
Take Aligned Action: Exercise your choice to follow through.
So often, the hardest part is trusting ourselves enough to take action when we feel called. My wish for you this year is to fully create life from the inside out—a life so beautifully aligned with your essence that you can’t believe it’s yours.
